I love your butcher shop! The prices are very attractive, your displays are tempting! I, who don't eat a lot of meat, like to treat myself to your butcher's shop a few times a month and what a treat each time! The butchers are very nice and what I appreciate is that the people who collect the cash are not the same people who handle the meat and in terms of hygiene, I really appreciate it!

We always have the impression of bothering the butchers, when we ask what piece is, they tell us it's a joke! I was advised against the meat that I usually take for my couscous and sold “a much more tender and suitable one with bones” well, disaster! It smelled way too strong and was rubbery and hard so I reluctantly threw it away! I also followed his “advice” for my harira tomorrow with another piece of beef that was presently rolled up and I’m already dreading the result…. I am really disappointed and I cannot congratulate you! Ps: the man at the checkout is polite, smiling and welcoming.

I'm coming to this butcher's shop for the first time in my life, I'm not from the area I come from 57, and what can I say, very very good, a delicious merguez and marinated chicken skewer a pure treat. The staff inside are very friendly with a little touch of humor. Quite a wait but when you sit down at the table you know why you waited. A nod to the banker from the butcher ;)
